Our achievements:

The WWF is the largest and most influential environmental organization in Germany. Our national and international projects contribute to achieving our objectives and demonstrate that conservation and responsible use of natural resources with sustainable economic development are compatible.

The WWF provides nationally and internationally in selected key ecological regions effectively contribute to the preservation of biological diversity, uniqueness and beauty of nature. In Germany, we are particularly active for the protection of the North and Baltic Sea coastlines, river systems, wetlands and forests and want to ensure that endangered species such as wolf, lynx, bear, otter, eagles and sturgeon their habitat can colonize undisturbed and as residents and indicators of an intact nature are respected.

The WWF always inspires more people to nature and environmentally friendly lifestyle, because he speaks directly and lead by good examples. Children and young people learn about nature and environmental protection in school and are enthusiastic about our aims and activities of the WWF.
