Project Survival Pacific is the Pacific's youth-led climate change & sustainable development movement working towards a more sustainable Pacific region.
Climate change is no longer only about science and emissions targets. It is also about Survival.
Project Survival Pacific is a youth environmental organization in Fiji that works to safeguard the survival of the Pacific island people from the impacts of climate change and promote sustainable development within the Pacific.
We are an environmental NGO that strives for “a future in which sustained global cooperation safeguards our planet from the perils of climate change, ensuring the survival and prosperity of the nations, peoples and cultures of the Pacific islands.”
We lobby, raise awareness, tour, speak, plan events and educate about climate change & sustainability.
We encourage the creation of a global agreement which will protect our home and the homes of our island neighbors from the damaging effects of climate change. We are also the voices of the Pacific island youth at the United Nations climate change meetings.
