The Climate Action Network France (RAC-F) is a specialist on the topic of global warming and climate change. It is the French representative of the global network of NGOs concerned with climate change, the "CAN: Climate Action Network", which includes about 500 NGOs in all five continents. The RAC-F is approved at national level:  Protection Association the environment.  Association of General Interest National Association of Youth and Popular Education The RAC-F comprises fifteen associations of environmental protection, user transportation, and energy alternatives. See associations members of the CAR-F -F The RAC is a non-1901, recognized by the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC in English). 

The missions of the network are:  Participate in international negotiations on climate. The RAC-F is recognized NGO observer at the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change. Promoting measures at that time actually benefit the environment.  Report lobbies or States that slow or weaken international action.  Inform all stakeholders (policy makers, media, general public) on climate change and its challenges through newspaper articles, debates or campaigns  follow the commitments and actions of state and local governments in the fight against the greenhouse effect.  Propose public policies consistent with international commitments stabilizing emissions of France Kyoto.
