Center for Environmental Policy is a non profit organisation that provides consultancy and project administration services in the field of environmental protection. The Center operates on a network or 'pool' system which enables rapid and efficient response to the needs of the clients. The Center has a both core staff working in Vilnius office and an extensive network of experts who can be contracted in for specific contracts and assignments as required by clients. Therefore on a short notice we able to contract experts from different fields, and to provide specialised services for implementation of wide range of projects in environmental sector.
The Center is not financed from the State or municipal budgets. Our main source of income are consultancy services and administration of projects.
Center for Environmental Protection Policy works mainly in the environmental protection sector. Our activities are concentrated on the following areas:
- Project management and implementation;
- Development of projects, feasibility studies;
- Consultancy services in the main environmental sectors;
- Drafting of legislation, strategies and plans;
- Drafting of procurement documentation (for EU funded projects);
- Environmental impact assessment;
- Strategic environmental impact assessment;

Training, environmental education.
We are actively involved in the process of EU integration, have a good understanding of the requirements of EU and Lithuanian environmental legislation, and we have practical experience in implementation of there requirements.
