Farah, based in Jordan, has been working for Oman TV as a Network Presenter, providing hosting and commentary roles for a number of live events, including fundraisers, sports coverage and news stories. Her academic and career background have given her a number of skills that are helpful in the studio from production assistance to script writing. Farah has also worked for the Al-Ghad Daily Newspaper since May 2004, covering The Ministry of Environment and Municipal Affairs. Before that, she covered other areas and issues, such as the Ministry of Agriculture, human rights issues, the issue of detained and prisoners in the area, Social Security news, Parliament, and the Ministry of Labor. Her work has required good communicative team work in order to cover the local news in Jordan: cooperation with her colleagues in different fields has helped her increase the depth of information. Farah has also been working for three years as producer pregame in radio fan, and as a freelance reporter in scidev net, preparing materials, investigations and news reports related to the environment in Jordan and the Arab States, disseminating it through various magazines. She is a certified trainer in media issues especially in Oman, where she trained Trainees who worked in the media department in their institutions on different media subjects. She is a member in Arab science & technology foundation which is concerned with a renaissance and development in the Arab world through the promotion of scientific information and the Arab role in the system of science and technology in relation to the Arab reality, and through a culture of scientific and public information.
